Can I place an order over the phone or via fax or email?

How long will my delivery take to arrive?
If an ordered item is currently in stock your order should only take 5 days. If items are not in stock and have to be ordered from our suppliers, it would usually only take up to 2 weeks, depending on availability.

Is what I see online your entire range of products?
No. This range of products is a small sample of what we carry. To see the entire range please visit our showroom at 430 Montague Road Modbury North, or contact us on 8264 8882. For directions to our showroom please refer to the map on the 'contact us' page.

Can I arrange a resource display at my school?
Yes. Just contact us via phone on (08) 8264 8882 to discuss your needs.

Does Educational Aids present resource displays at conferences?
Yes. Educational Aids attends some conferences each year. For further details please contact John Larner.

What is the Educational Aids Returns Policy?
Requests for a return must be made to us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Returns will only be provided if the product is faulty, not as advertised or not as ordered.
Returns will not be provided if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Returns will not be provided on products containing tapes, DVDs, videos, CD-ROMS or CDs.
Educational Aids will only accept goods returned in saleable condition, free of all visible signs of defacement.
The initial delivery charge and the cost of freight to return goods to Educational Aids are the responsibility of the customer, as is payment for returned goods that fail to reach Educational Aids.
Returns will only be in the form of an exchange or store credit, not cash refunds.
